We will be extending our Read-a-thon another week in hopes that we reach our goal. I know we can do this!!!
As of 9/23 we have raised $26,579. Our school goal for this fundraiser is to raise $35,000. We have $8,421 more to go. This is about $19 more per student.
If we hit our goal, Mrs. McDougall will dress up as Captain Underpants. Yep, she agreed!
The Read-a-thon will pay for programs like:
P.E.
Science Night
Field Trips
Teacher Supplies
Field Day
Art Masters
Assemblies
Teacher Appreciation
Beautification of the school
Programs (Movie Night, Angels Family Night, Magic Show, Lunch with a Loved One, Muffins with Mom, Trunk or Treat, Holiday Family Night, Donuts with Dad, and Spring Festival)
Without this fundraiser we won’t be able to put on these programs for the students.
The top student in each grade will get $50 to spend at the fall bookfair. As of today, the top pledges are:
